Comprehensive assessment, individual outpatient care and medication management for children and adolescents are available at CenterPointe's Outpatient Clinic at the St. Charles location. Therapeutic services, including individual, family, music and play therapies, also are available through CenterPointe.An Adolescent Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is offered three evenings from either 5:00 pm or 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm at 4 locations (St. Charles, South County, West County and Washington, MO). This program focuses on adolescents dealing with psychiatric issues as well as chemical dependency issues in a structured, therapeutic environment.

CenterPointe Hospital also offers an IOP for adult patients with psychiatric, chemical dependency or dual diagnosis at our outpatient locations as listed below. This program runs Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with patients usually attending 3-5 times per week. Our South County location also offers an evening IOP program running Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. In addition, our St. Charles location offers an evening Chemical Dependency program that runs Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
